Are participants required to raise money?
Participants are charged an entry fee at the time of registration, but all additional fundraising beyond that is completely optional. Many participants find that their friends and family are happy to sponsor them in a local event where all money raised stays in the community. Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome, although we ask participants to follow the rules and policies of Quarry Lakes Regional Park.
Do all participants receive event t-shirts?
Yes, all pre-registered, paid participants will receive an event t-shirt. We encourage you to register early, to make sure we have the right number of shirts in all sizes. Chidren who are participating at no cost (with a participating adult) may receive a t-shirt at the end of the event, if they are available. Learn more about t-shirts.
Will the race be timed?
Yes, we will be using professional timing equipment.
